Effective 11 October 2026
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your access to Doop, including its website, profiles, Feed, Watch, conversations, live features, Square, Expert Profiles, Showcase, Wallet, and related services. By using Doop, you agree to these Terms and linked policies.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You may use Doop only where the service and the activity you perform are lawful. If you use Doop for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
Key definitions
A “campaign” is an advertising campaign funded by an advertiser. “Creator” means the person whose eligible content is associated with qualifying delivery. “Participant” means an eligible person whose valid attention or participation contributes to qualifying delivery. “Reward” or “earnings” means an amount recorded under an applicable campaign, service, task, promotion, or other supported Doop flow.
“Pending” amounts remain subject to completion, attribution, integrity, dispute, provider, or other checks. “Available” amounts have passed the applicable platform checks but may still be affected by lawful holds, corrections, reversals, taxes, fees, withdrawal minimums, or provider requirements.
Advertising campaigns and participation rewards
Rewards are conditional and are not created merely by opening Doop, viewing content, clicking an advertisement, or generating activity. Eligibility may depend on campaign funding and requirements, valid delivery, location, device, account standing, applicable consent, provider support, completion rules, and integrity checks.
Creators may receive an applicable creator share when qualifying advertising is validly delivered with their eligible content. Eligible participants may receive an applicable participant share when their valid attention or participation contributes to that delivery. Estimates, projections, and pending entries are not final rewards. Calculation and settlement may occur only after campaign completion and applicable attribution, fraud, dispute, and review periods.
Self-views and invalid, duplicate, automated, manipulated, fabricated, incentivised contrary to campaign rules, or otherwise ineligible activity may be excluded and may lead to withheld or reversed amounts and account restrictions. Advertisers must fund campaigns through the supported flow, provide lawful and accurate materials, define lawful audience requirements, and must not request deceptive, discriminatory, unsafe, or artificially generated activity.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in method secure, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you notify us of unauthorised use without unreasonable delay.
One person or organisation must not create accounts to mislead others, evade restrictions, manipulate activity, or obtain rewards unfairly. We may require identity, payment, tax, or safety checks before allowing certain features.
How Doop works
Doop helps professionals publish content, connect, communicate, join live experiences, find opportunities, offer expertise, and earn. You choose what to share and which interactions or work to accept.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, users act independently. Doop is not an employer, staffing agency, agent, or party to a separate arrangement between users.
Square packages, tasks, and service offers
Square packages, tasks, Expert Profiles, and Showcase offers must be lawful, safe, accurate, and clear about scope, deliverables, available plans or tiers, timing, price or reward, and buyer requirements. Requested information or proof must be proportionate.
Sellers and people offering paid work must follow the applicable funding and fulfilment flow, communicate material limitations, deliver what was agreed, review results fairly, and not add material requirements after an order or work begins. Buyers must provide accurate requirements, cooperate with delivery, and use supported review, cancellation, and dispute processes in good faith.
Package ordering, order status, Inbox conversations, completion, reviews, cancellation, disputes, refunds, and payouts apply only where the relevant flow is available. Unless Doop expressly says otherwise, users remain responsible for the services they offer, order, deliver, or accept, and Doop is not the provider of those user services.
Completing paid work
Participants must follow the agreed instructions, submit authentic work, and share only proof they are authorised to provide. Work may be limited by location, capacity, timing, skill, device, or other disclosed criteria.
Submitting copied, automated, fabricated, manipulated, duplicate, or misleading work may result in rejection, loss of eligibility, account restrictions, or other appropriate action.
Funds, rewards, and withdrawals
Amounts shown in your Doop balance reflect entries recorded by Doop and may include available, pending, reserved, or withdrawal-pending funds. A displayed amount is not a bank deposit and may be subject to review, reversal, dispute, refund, tax, or legal holds.
Campaign rewards, task earnings, service payments, and other rewards become available only after applicable conditions are satisfied. Withdrawal methods, minimums, processing times, fees, and eligibility checks are shown when relevant and may vary by location or provider. You are responsible for taxes that apply to your activity.
Doop credits, Super Thanks, and payment disputes
Purchased Doop credits and Super Thanks points are prepaid digital goods for the supported services shown at checkout. They are not bank deposits. Purchased Super Thanks points are for gifting only, cannot be withdrawn or transferred outside the gifting flow, and are separate from your cash Wallet. The current rate is 100 points for $1. Bundles may be paid for with eligible Doop credits, a supported payment method, or both.
A gift consumes the sender’s purchased points. The recipient receives conditional cash earnings after the platform fee, not giftable points. For new gifts, the platform fee is 20% on Free, 15% on Creator ($5/month), and 10% on Creator Plus ($20/month). The recipient’s active plan when each gift is sent determines the rate; later plan changes do not change that gift. Fractional cents accumulate within each earning period at the same rate and are rounded down to whole USD cents. Your Wallet shows the net USD earnings. Open Dive earnings are grouped by live session and recorded when the recipient leaves or the live ends. Earnings enter Clearing for seven days before becoming available for withdrawal, subject to payment disputes, fraud checks, applicable law, and other disclosed holds.
You may request a refund review through our contact form within seven days of purchase. Approval is not automatic. Once purchased credits or points have been used and that period has passed, discretionary refunds are normally unavailable. Unused purchases and any mandatory cancellation, refund, or digital-content remedies remain subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules. Nothing here waives a statutory right or shortens a bank or card provider’s dispute or chargeback period.
If a purchase is disputed, we may freeze its remaining points and the earnings funded by it. If refunded or reversed, we may recover the corresponding value from each affected recipient’s Clearing or available Wallet balance, including after the seven-day hold. A recovery may leave a negative balance that must be covered before further withdrawal. Received earnings cannot be gifted again as points.
A chargeback flags the purchasing account and restricts further Super Thanks gifting pending support review. Login remains available. Use our contact form to explain or challenge the restriction; making a legitimate dispute is not itself proof of fraud. Content restrictions require a separate reason under our content and safety policies, such as established fraud or abuse.
Creator subscriptions
Creator is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. The price shown before purchase is the price charged for each monthly period until you cancel. Subscription benefits continue while the subscription remains active.
Where offered in the iOS app, payment is charged to your Apple ID and renewals are managed through your App Store subscription settings. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Verification, reviews, and disputes
Doop may use automatic checks, creator review, platform review, or a combination of methods. We may request more information, place an activity or amount on hold, or correct an error while a review is in progress.
If you disagree with a decision, use the available review or support channel and provide relevant evidence promptly. Doop may make a final platform decision to protect users, comply with law, or preserve platform integrity.
Prohibited use
You must not use Doop for illegal, dangerous, deceptive, exploitative, discriminatory, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing activity. This includes phishing, malware, credential collection, unauthorised access, fake engagement, harassment, impersonation, and manipulation of tasks or rewards.
Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape the service without permission, reverse engineer protected systems, or use Doop to distribute harmful code or spam.
Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Doop a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, transcode, reproduce, display, distribute, moderate, adapt, and create technical versions of that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service, subject to applicable privacy law. This includes content shared through Feed, Watch, profiles, live features, and work flows. Where you choose public or promoted distribution, this licence also permits Doop to associate eligible content with advertising, previews, attribution, and creator or participant reward calculations, and to use the names, profile images, voices, and likenesses included in that content for those purposes.
You must have the rights needed to submit content. Doop and its licensors retain all rights in the service, branding, software, and materials we provide.
Availability and third parties
Features may change, pause, or be unavailable by location. We work to keep Doop reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Some features depend on third-party identity, hosting, payment, communication, or verification providers and may be subject to their terms.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Doop at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or close access where reasonably necessary to investigate risk, enforce these Terms, comply with law, protect users, or prevent harm. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and available review path.
Account closure does not erase outstanding obligations, valid holds, disputes, financial records, or provisions that by their nature should continue.
Disclaimers and liability
Doop is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every user, post, video, conversation, task, offer, submission, or external link is accurate, suitable, safe, or lawful. Use reasonable judgment and report concerns.
To the extent permitted by law, Doop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, data, opportunity, or reputation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer right.
Changes, law, and contact
We may update these Terms when the service, law, or risk environment changes. We will post the updated version and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
Applicable mandatory law and consumer protections remain unaffected. Any location-specific governing law or dispute process presented to you as part of the service also applies. Questions can be submitted through our contact form.
