You can request deletion here without signing in or reinstalling Doop.

Delete inside Doop

Open Account → Edit profile → Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. If wallet balances or pending withdrawals prevent this, use this form for help settling them and completing deletion.

Provide your account email and username or profile link. We must verify ownership before deleting any account. Never include a password, verification code, payment details or ID document.

What happens to your data?

Account deletion removes or de-identifies your profile, login credentials, published posts, comments and uploaded media. Limited financial, dispute, security and legal records may be retained where required. Backup copies expire through their retention cycle. See our Privacy Policy.

Deleting Doop does not cancel subscriptions billed by Google Play or another provider. Cancel those with the billing provider to stop future charges.
